With your ticket, you can bring a carry-on bag and a suitcase that doesn't weigh more than 15 kg. If you exceed the weight limit, you'll have to pay an extra fee based on the company's shipping prices. If that happens, arrive at the terminal at least an hour before your trip so they can tell you how much you need to pay. Some companies allow up to 30 kg free of charge.

Other potentially dangerous items: tools with fuel, camping equipment with fuel, and radioactive materials. Large or unusual items: such as bicycles, furniture, boxes, televisions, radios. Any claim regarding your luggage must be made before leaving the terminal, and beware, it must be within 24 hours after the end of your trip. Complete the form given to you at the terminal agencies and show the luggage ticket or receipt, as well as your ticket. If you forgot something on the bus, call the Customer Service Department of the company you traveled with.
